At our shop, the staff is limited, and since we work alone from manufacturing to packing, we limit the dates and times when mail order is possible.
About delivery
Customers using MERLE mail order will only be shipped by "Cool Takkyubin (frozen type or refrigerated type)" except for special products.
To maintain quality, many items such as cakes, tarts, pies and bread are shipped frozen.
Please note that we cannot accept delivery by regular flight due to customer's convenience.

When ordering with multiple delivery destinations due to the specified delivery date, gift items, etc.
To avoid confusion, only one destination is valid per submission (order).
If the delivery address and delivery date are divided into multiple items, please order the item again in the cart even if it is the same item.

You can specify the arrival time in the above time frame, but it may not be delivered within the specified time due to traffic conditions and weather on the day.
Requests when using frozen flights
After the product arrives, please open it immediately and check the freezing of the product in the presence of the Yamato Transport delivery staff. We will not be able to accept consultations such as "it was not frozen" after a while.
Shipping trouble
Yamato Transport is responsible for any troubles that occur during delivery, such as "it seems to be melting" or "the box is deformed and it seems that you have dropped your luggage and it has collapsed". Please contact Yamato Transport immediately after receipt.
If you do not clarify the nameplate, you may not be able to deliver your parcel.
Please note that it is not possible to post an absentee card to a house without a nameplate. Thank you for your cooperation.
