Shopping flow
Thank you very much. Our shop is a confectionery shop with a small salon dote. The clerk is only the master in charge of coffee and the store manager. Since the store manager is also a confectioner, he cannot make confectionery during the day. That is why there are many reserved products with specified delivery dates. Since we cannot deliver the next day, which is found in many stores, we often have to wait.

1 Select your favorite product from SHOW CASE and choose
You will mainly choose the delivery date.
The delivery date is the date when our shop ships the item.
The customer's pick-up date will be 1 to 5 days after the delivery date.

2 Payment can be made by credit card (mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or offline.
If you select "Offline" as the payment method, you will receive an email from here. We will inform you of the deposit amount, due date, and financial institution account.
* Payment can be made by Japan Post Bank, Asahikawa Shinkin Bank, or Jibun Bank.
3 After confirming payment, we will move on to the shipping procedure. Payment confirmation notice,

Regarding delivery
Delivery is mainly Yamato Takkyubin Cool Delivery (frozen).
We select the most suitable method in consideration of the deliciousness of freshly baked products and the expiration date. Since the product is deep-frozen, its flavor has been well received.
In addition, the shipping discount is applicable for 10,000 yen or more per unit.

How to purchase other than WEB SHOP
To order by fax, please include the following and apply.
We will get back to you with the amount to be paid by fax and the transfer account.
We only accept prepaid charges.
The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. After confirming payment, it will be shipped, so please make payment by the day before the shipping date.
